- Payment providers — PayPal and Airwallex process your payment and carry out their own fraud and compliance checks.
- Shipping and fulfilment partners — Yanwen, 4PX and Yun Express receive the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your parcel.
- Hosting and infrastructure — Cloudflare hosts this site and processes technical logs.
- Analytics and advertising — aggregated or pseudonymised data used to measure traffic and ad performance.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, for example for tax, customs or a valid legal request.
We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
We operate from China and use service providers in the United States, Singapore and the European Union. Your data may therefore be processed outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
6. How long we keep data
Order and tax records are kept for up to seven years to meet accounting obligations. Support conversations are kept for up to two years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Technical logs are kept for a short rolling period.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:
- confirm what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete data we no longer need;
- restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
- receive your data in a portable format;

Our products are sold to adults. The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password with your payment provider and tell us at once if you suspect misuse of your details.
