Terms & Conditions

Last updated 6 November 2026 · Applies to woodmelocrafts.com

These terms govern your use of woodmelocrafts.com and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or completing a purchase you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order.

1. About us

The site is operated by Woodmelo Crafts, Unit A1, Building 40, Taiyuewan West District, Liandu District, Lishui, Zhejiang, China. Contact: [email protected], +86 186 1001 0840.

2. Products and hand-made variation

Our pieces are carved from solid timber and finished by hand, usually in small batches or as one-off pieces. Grain, tone, weight and small surface details vary from piece to piece. Product photographs show the actual item, but colour rendering differs between screens and daylight. Minor variation is a feature of the material, not a defect.

Dimensions and weights are measured by hand and may vary by a small margin. Where a listing offers several options, the price shown for each option applies.

3. Pricing and currency

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude import duties and taxes unless a listing says otherwise. We may change prices or withdraw products at any time, but a price shown at the moment you place an order is the price that applies to that order.

If a price or description error is obvious and material, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we send a dispatch notice. Until then we may decline an order — for example if the item is no longer available, if we cannot verify payment, if the delivery address is incomplete, or if we suspect fraud. We will refund any amount already captured.

Payment is taken at checkout through PayPal or Airwallex. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Shipping, delivery and risk

We ship worldwide from China, typically within 1–3 business days of order, using carriers such as Yanwen, 4PX and Yun Express. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed, and customs clearance can add time.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, see our Refund & Return Policy — we will replace or refund.

6. Import duties and taxes

For most destinations the parcel is shipped on a delivered-duty-unpaid basis: any import duty, VAT or handling fee charged by your customs authority is your responsibility. Refusing a parcel to avoid these charges follows the refused-parcel rules in our Refund Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, damaged parcels and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Intellectual property

The woodmelocrafts name, logo, product photography, text and page design are owned by us or used with permission. You may share links and images for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy our photography or text for a shop, marketplace listing or advertisement without written permission.

Third-party characters and artworks that appear in some pieces remain the property of their respective rights holders.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break any law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at a volume that degrades service, to attempt unauthorised access, or to place fraudulent orders. We may suspend access where we see this behaviour.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss arising from delay in customs clearance or carrier performance. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Our pieces are decorative objects. Small parts may be a choking hazard — keep them away from children under three and from pets.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you order. Material changes will be announced by updating the date at the top of this page.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal action, please write to [email protected] — most issues are resolved within a few messages. Consumers in the EU, UK and elsewhere keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of their country of residence.
